SST Academy is an ISO 9001:2015 certified leading computer-training institution at Porur, which is situated near Porur Round-tana at a prime location and is spread over 1200 Sq.Ft. SST Academy, started in 2001, has been setting new milestones year after year driving towards perfection and has been functioning in a successful manner. Here, we are handling Designing Softwares, Programming Languages, and Hardware and networking, which plays a major role in shaping the career of students of SST Academy. We enroll more than 1000 students per year and provide premium level software training.
SST Academy imparts training in software to people from various fields. Our stress is on providing quality computer education. We have groomed our staff members to impart training to students in a professional manner that it has made an impact in the lives of many students. The students have been immensely benefited due to our initiatives. We charge moderate fees but we do not compromise on quality. We do not promote fancy tags or give false promises.

The students will be periodically assessed on the subjects they have selected based on Examination. Examination will be conducted in two parts. 1.Theory 2.Practical. Assignments have to be prepared on the basis of subjects studied during the course period. Assignments needed to be submitted on the prescribed date without fail, which will add up to the total marks secured in theory and practical examination.
We also conduct viva voce and seminars, which helps the students to eradicate stage fear and boost their confidence. By motivating the students to present seminar, their teaching skills are well developed. In addition, the hidden potential of the individual could be brought to the forefront due to the various initiatives taken during the course.
Infrastructure Amenities Available in SST Academy
Classrooms
We have two classrooms, one with a capacity to accommodate 25 members and the second with a capacity to accommodate 15 members. Both the classrooms have good ventilation and lighting facilities. Also, we have a Fire Extinguisher and a First Aid Kit to provide immediate assistance in case of emergency.
Laboratories
We have an exclusive Hardware Lab to cater to the students who have joined Computer Hardware Courses. Students, to learn assembling, disassembling system and troubleshooting various issues, use this Lab. Also, there is a Computer Lab, which aids the students learning softwares with 17 systems in working condition. We make a periodical check on all the systems to ensure that all the systems are working without any issues.
Course Materials:
A student who joins a course will be provided course material for that particular subject. The contents have been organized according to topics in a clear and concise manner. The aim has been to provide quality material to students to augment and hasten the pace of learning.
Staff Room
We have a staff room where we have a small library section in which we have several books with respect to the subjects taught here. Also, staffs use this room when they are not conducting classes in actively engaging themselves in other administrative activities.
Reception
We have a Reception room to welcome any person coming to SST and also to handle counseling of students to join the courses of their choice.
Store Room
In the storeroom, we store all the book materials, and articles that would be needed in the future.
Office Room
This room is used for administrative purposes and also for conducting important meetings
